I'm using CR9.2 and I want to know if anyone has any idea of the following:-

I'm creating a report that shows information for a whole year split up by month. What I want to do is get Crystal to automatically rotate the months, so that the latest month is at the end of the graph. Also I would like to do this in the group section, so that the months roll round each month I run the report.

Thanks

Simon

I'm confused. If you sort by month in ascending order, doesn't the latest month always end up at the end? Secondly, what do you mean by "months roll around each month"? I can't visualize what this could be.

Well, if I sort by acending order the come up in alphabetical order.

Maybe I am reporting to show the months the wrong way.

I'm telling it that Month 1 = Jan
Month 2 = Feb etc.

So that it displays the month name.

Is there an easier way of doing this?
