Platforms: Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP Service  Pack 2
Application: Designed on Visual Studio 2005
Crystal Report Desinger:

When report in printed with any non-default printer, I loose my landscape formatting and crystal report prints it in potrait thereby I am getting chopped off prints. The problem is not specific to printer, it is specific to either printer that is not set to default.

Thanks

Have you tried setting the Printer Options to "No Printer" in the Page Setup?  This will set the report up without tying it to a specific printer.

Sometimes that will resolve printing issues like this.
