I'm making a script to change the footer of 5000 reports.
One of the things i want to do is to set the Height of the section.

The problem is if there are some horizontal guidelines, the height doesn't become lower than the last one.
And i don't want to manually remove the guidelines of 5000 reports.

I search the API but i don't find any property/method for this...
