I am a crystal report developer. I had create one rpt file using Oracle 9 database.
And after sucessful testing I send it to responsile person of our organization, who will publish it on Business object Enterprise server.
After publishing, when I was trying to run it from my machine using report URL,it was showing blank screen.
To resolve this problem they installed oracle client on server machine and test for oracle connection. Connection is ok. After firing query from        SQL Plus we are getting required output.
Then we tried  to run the same report from Crystal report 10 on same server. report runnning there also.
But when trying to run from server again by using url for report, it is showing
" failed to load database information."
