I'm using the CrystalReportViewer in VS .Net 2003, although I have a full version of CR 10, and I think it is picking up this viewer control.
 
The viewer has BestFitPage set to true
 
The navigator bar displays the full width but only the top left of any report is shown, and I have tried several.
 
I tried changing the width and height properties, and they make
the viewer container bigger but the report remain cropped off,
it is showing about 1/4 of the page.
 
Any ideas ?

I am not sure I fully understand the problem. The report itself is being cropped, check the printer page size.  I experienced what sounds like a similar problem with a ledger size report being cropped to a letter size. In my case, the resolution was in changing the printer to one that handled the correct paper size.
 
If it is the viewer itself just reducing to a smaller size, but the report is fully there (you just need to scroll to see it all) check how you have the viewer component docked to the form. Make sure the dock property is properly set.
