 I tried even going to section expert checking supress blank section checkbox. But the result is as follows

I want it to be in the following way if the textobjects are suppressed.

There isn't much information, but if all of the data is in the same section, that is what you will get.  If you put each field in its own section, the suppress should work...are you sure that they are blank or are they null.  You might want to put a formula in the suppress to check if the field is null or change the settings for the report to convert null to a blank string.
 
personnally, I always create the formula.
