Hi,
 
We have a software system with 2 databases (named the same) abd the tables are named the same. so example:
 
#1 Database NWHC
Tables UPR001
            UPR002
             UPR003
 
#2 Database NCWC
Tables : UPR001
             UPR002
             UPR400
  
These database house differnt employees - but I don't want to make 2 seperate reports - I want to create 1 employee list with the 2 databases ... 
 
any ideas?

Create a third database (or add tables to one of the two you have) creating a union between the matching tables and base the report on these tables.
