Greetings All!

I have a report that lists Job Codes and Job Titles by Job Group (Report 1):

Job Group 1:
   123    Job Title 1
   345    Job Title 2
   567    Job Title 3

I also have a report that further breaks out the Job Title and lists the Departments that use that particular job title (Report 2).

Now, I want to be able to click on the Job Code (123 or 345, etc) in Report 1 and have it open Report 2 and have Report 2 only display the data related to the Job Title.

Please help!
It's up to you to create a great day!

You could  try using an On-Demand subreport.  I haven't worked with them, but I think that will give you what you're looking for.
