Greetings All.
I am current working in CR XI to generate a report of all our outstanding help desk tickets. The report is grouped by agent, shows a summary of his tickets, total count and I want to show the average age of the summarized tickets
The question I have is how would I create a formula to calculate the average age (in days) based on the created_at field (its a date time field)

Assuming you want the length of time from today create a formula field to get the difference in days then use that to get the average using the SUm function:
