Hi all

I'm new in this forum and I'm having a problem with CR and printing reports.

Have you ever seen CR displaying the message: "Cannot complete this function" while printing a report?
First, appears the usual dialog:

Title: "Printing"
Message: "Page 1 of document".

Then, appears a second dialog:
Title: "Crystal Report Windows Form Viewer"
Message: "Cannot complete this function"

Just like that.
I search about this error and just found the information that this is the kernel error 1003.

Appreciate any help and sorry for poor english.

Complementing, debugging the code I found this:

AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory

in the method ReportClass.PrintToPrinter.

Any help?

The problem was the driver of the printer (HP). We updated the driver and done.
Just in case of anyone who pass through this kind of problem.
Thanks anyway.
