    Posted: 27 May 2009 at 9:48am
I have to add terms and conditions which is 2 pages long at the end of report. How to do that?

I have used report footer but the problem is that report footer gets printed along with group header .

How to add the terms and conditions as two full  pages at the end of report?

Thanks in advance.

Try this....

Go to the Section Expert.  In the Suppress formula for the Group Header, put "OnLastRecord" and do NOT check the Suppress checkbox.  This should suppress the header if the report is on the last record.  The only possible issue that I can see with this is if there's a page break before the very last record of the report, but I'm not sure if it's an issue or not.

Thanks for replying Hilfy!

That is almost what I am looking for. But,I am stuck with one issue which you mentioned.

I want to hide the data after last record  not on last record.

Can you help me with this issue?

What about this?

if you went into the section expert and for the group #1 footer you check

New Page after and in the condition formula put "OnLastRecord"
And then re-enter your terms and conditions in the report footer.

In this case, the data wouldn't need to be hidden, it shouldn't show up what-so-ever.

Hope this helps!
