Hi - I want to print labels - 4 columns across by 10 down.. I am using the section expert in design - and using a width of 4.57cm - giving me 4 across (portrait mode A4) when I view in DESIGN mode - but when I switch to PREVIEW mode I only get 3 across ! Can't find a solution anywhere.. Any ideas would be much appreciated !!!!

Take a look at your Page Margins. To determine the "printable width" for your labels you need to take the page width, subtract the left and right margin width, then divide by 4.

Hi
I tried that but it didn't work - I've scrapped that report as it was adapted from another one. Tried the 'labels' wizard from scratch and it now displays 4 across and 10 down ! Problem solved - which is good news!!
