Hopefully an easy question, just not sure how to do it. In general, how do you add "All Records" as an option in a dynamic parameter for running a report.

For example, I have a sales forecast report. When you run it, I want the Sales VP to be able to select a particular salesperson, or be able to select the option "All Salespeople" from the dynamic drop down.

I can get the drop down to populate all the sales names, how do I let him pick everyone?
