Advice:/help pls.
 
I have a report that i need to use "like" function in selection if records eg like "*Bearing*".
Now the field i'm selecting on is free text so it could be in any format of capitals eg. Bearing, bearing, BEaring ect.
 
Any idea how i can over come this and it capture all of them from one word?
