First I'll show you what the cross tabel should look like, then I'll explain the things you see, then I'll ask my question.

This is what my chief would like to see:

                   FailedCode                                      |   successCode
                   Ftype                AvgHandlingTime            |   Scode                AvgHandlingTime
Date               CountOfMachine       Avg of MachHandlingTime    |   CountOfMachine       Avg of MachHandlingTime

FailedCode, SuccessCode, Ftype and Scode are all in the very same table column: {Stats.Result}
But AvgHandlingTime is in a different column: {Stats.Time}
How do I add the AvgHandlingTime column to the cross table the way as demonstrated above? You can't do that with standard cross table expert features, so it seems.

Can you get that avghandlingtime to your report and get it counted as you want?

If you can add your table with handling time to a normal report, you can also use it in cross-tab.

Offcourse I can use it in a crosstab. But HOW?

Don't forget, avghandlingtime resides in an entirely different field of a table!
The standard Crosstable features in CR allows you only to group (columns)  varying results from the SAME FIELD IN THE SAME TABLE.
But I want to add a new column from a DIFFERENT FIELD in the same table. Or perhaps even a different TABLE!

CR lets you use any fields in your report in the cross-tab. As EscApe was saying, if you can design your report so that the Stats.Time field can be displayed on your report, then you can also select it for use on the cross-tab. If you do have it in your report, but it can't be added to the cross-tab, then that is a new problem that would have to be investigated.
