I am a newbie to Business Objects Crystal Reports XI. We basically have a custom designed application which has Reporting designed on BO Crystal Reports XI. Now it seems too many users are hitting reports and as a result of which we have added another server to our configuration to share the load. Now though we have load balanced our application through F5 we could not Load Balance Crystal Reports - the AXIS Webservice page doesnt come up after we have load balanced the 2 individual AXIS webservice URL's.

 

So long story short - Can someone tell me if you could use F5 Load Balancer for BO Crystal Reports service.
