	I need to know how to use a sub report to display the 3 ( three ) latest, ( newest by date) notes field. It is a memo field, the main report is also based on client id. So is the sub report, it displays ALL records.

	look at Top N...it should help (haven't done it myself)

	Unfortunately, This does not work with Memo Fields, works great with dates. Good Idea, no cigar. Thanks for your try !!

	the next thing that I would try, and I don't know off the top of my head what the CR commands would be (I don't know if memo fields would be different) but, I would create a shared stringvar and just append the 3 comments to it (formatting with a crlf) and then have the main report display them.
