Hi Guys Please i need help on how to set a report to lasdcape during design and get it printed also in landscape I am using crystal report 9, Hp Deskjet 970cse printer, and windows xp. I selected A4 paper size and landscape option for the report and after designing i preview and everything seems ok but when print the report is printed in portrait this cause part of the report not printed. When i run the report from the navigator, it shows that the report is in portrait because part of the report at the extreme right is displayed in Grey area. In design mode the full report appears in landscape but when printing or run from outside crystal it shows and print inportrait Does anyone know what i need to do l and how this can do it? Please any help is appreciated THANKS ---Clement

Clement,
Go into the printer setup and set the orientation to landscape. This should change your design pane to a landscape mode so that you can space everything correctly.

In Printer Setup of Crystal Report - 8, I have options of preset Page Sizes, like A4, Letter, Legal etc., but, I want to print in Customized size e.g. 8.5" x 12". How can I customize this? Please help soon.
