I have designed two detail section "Detail A" and "Detail B" in crystal reports below the detail Section. My query returns 55 records. Out of that 54 records fit in two pages (detail a) and the last record alone need to be displayed in "Detail b" section which used to display summary. The report is designed in such a way that to display 27 records per page. On looking the preview of my report the report does not show the summary page which is defined in "Detail B" section.

 

Why the crystal report is not showing the last record?

 

My settting on suppress condition is

1) Detail A - OnLastRecord

2)Detail B - Not OnLastRecord

which is logically correct. Meaning all the 54 records uses different layout in Detail A section and Summay record (i.e 55 th Record) uses differecnt layout defined in Detail B Section.

 

Can any one know the answer why the crystal report does not show the summary record?
