Printing/exporting drill-downs

I have a problem with our web-app that uses the crystal viewer control from the Crystal 10.5.3700 that comes as part of Visual Studio 2008. We have several reports that have 2 or 3 drill down levels, based on the groups within the report. If a user drills down to any group level, and attempts to export or print the report, the viewer will 'refresh' the report back to the parent level, and proceed to export or print this level only - meaning that it is impossible to print/export any child drill down levels.

This problem is new to us having upgraded to the VS2008 built in version, previously we were using the version built into VS2005 - we had to upgrade to make it deployable on Windows 2008 server. It worked fine in the version packaged with VS2005.

By the way, the above behaviour occurs regardless of whether using the export/print buttons on the Crystal toolbar, or whether exporting/printing programmatically.

Does anyone have any ideas?
