I am trying to figure out adding the numbers of answers of a survey questions:

1)  my teacher is great---- 30 students answers with 1 to 4 scale

2) teacher used the books---again 30 questions with 1-4 scale

has about 30-40 questions

the problem is :

 

I need to add up answers for each question with each 1-4 scale, example:

 20 students answered 1 to number 4 question

7 students answered 3 to number 2 question

 

Any help?
