Crystal Reports Export to Text not displaying all column headers

   Hi all.  I have a report that I need to export to regular text and all of my data exports fine except for some of the column headers.

My report is fairly wide, using a custom size to fit data more than 400 characters across.  Also using Courier New 10pt for uniform character widths.  When I export to text, my column headers below 300 or so characters show up fine but disappear after that.

So in essence, my text file looks like the follow:

Column 1   Column 2   Column 3
XXXX       XXXX       XXXX       XXXX    XXXXX    XXXXXXX
XXXX       XXXX       XXXX       XXXX    XXXXX    XXXXXXX

Is this a known issue or am I missing something?  Thanks for any help.
