Hi all,

I'm new to crystal reports...
I have a problem connecting Crystal reports 10 to the SQL server 2000 database...

This is the first time i'm using reports after installation...

These are the steps i have done:

1) New report - blank report...
2) Create new connection - OLE DB(ADO)...
3) Microsoft OLE DB provider for SQL server...
4) Server: Selected required server from the drill down menu...

Now the problem is - Database names are not displayed, i'm not able to choose the database i want...
I enabled the integrated security check box for graying out user name & pwd fields, still database names not displayed.

Please tell what should be done....

Regards,
Sab

Does your network user ID have access to the database?  I suspect that it may not because you should see all of the databases on the server that you have access to.

That's something your database administrator has to set up.
