Hi,
In my java application we use crystal report XI.It was working fine till now there were no issues with that. But now it throws an exception when we try to use a DB(the name of the DB starts with a number) only in this scenario it throws the exception else it is working fine. But when i try to preview the result in the CR Designer with the same DB it works fine. It throws the exception stating that it is not able to locate the columns that were present in the Formula.

it would strike me that one should never start anything with a number.  Variables are usually defined as starting with a letter or an underscore, the same pattern should hold true for DB...no, there isn't a rule, but if you are having issues with a DB that starts with a number, move the number somewhere else...like to the end.
