I have one sql db in which one table is very big (around 100 fields). Initially when I am creating the report .. it is a big report about 2 pages... it is coming. But after sometimes while designing the report suddenly I found on one full set of data is showing, other doesnot. But if you browse the field data it is showing all the values but only single set of data is showing i.e. only two pages.

Can anybody high light the issue ? Is this sql server issue or crystal level issue ... I couldn't find any solution yet as to me this is very simple report only few set of data has to be retrieved at a time on basis of single WHERE STATEMENT.
Regards, Raj

Hi

*How many fields are been selected in the report?
*Please explain when u mean "I found on one full set of data is showing, other doesnot"
*Some sample data will be helpful with the where clause and expected results

Cheers

Around 40 fields, among which 12 are RTF fields, others are valus selected from list or simple text fields.

All 40 fields filled up = one full set of data

*Some sample data will be helpful with the where clause and expected results

Sample giving will be difficult just now... but the thing is like this.

this is for making a Customer Complain Report.
I have a unique Complain ID followed by all supported data. When I select the Complain ID it generates the report with all supported data. If there is any empty field specially RTF field it is showing blank. I have to provide blank spaces in the RTF fields to generate the report now.

Try doing this

Open the report, Go to Menu File-->Report Options and Check Convert Database Null Values to Default
