Here is the scenario.

I have a group heading within a group heading and the detail and two group footing.

The detail record item is set to print horiztontally.

In the group footer I want to print a total for each of the horizontal column items.

Eg.

GH1

GH2 - suppressed

GD --                                   $Col1   $ Col2  $Col3  $Col4

GF2  - Item info.  

GF3                      total of     Col1       Col2    Col3    Col4

 

I would appreciate any help. Code snippet would be great aid.

Sigma solution does not work. When I try this system gives me functions other than Sum (e.g. Maximum, average etc.), since I am fetching bunch of rows and displaying it horizontally (first row will be first column, second row will be 2nd column etc.).

So summing by using global variables is the choice.

Can you please give me hints on how will I do this.
