I have a report which has a number of groups. One of the groups is a formula containing a Person_Name and the Person_ID - a unique id for a person (but you probably guessed that). This means that each group is unique even if 2 people share the same name.

 

The problem I have is when I need to export my report as a PDF with the Create Bookmarks from Group Tree option selected. When it's created it uses the above formula. This then means that the ID is shown in the PDF bookmarks i.e. Joe Bloggs - 12345. All I want to show is the persons name.

 

Can anybody think of a way where the ID is used in the grouping but does not show when exported ?
