Hi,

I have designed a report in crystal report 2008. The report is of 7 pages. The problem is when the report is exported into word, there sometimes blank space between two lines or tables.
Generally when we want to remove the space in word, either we press "Backspace" or "Delete" keys and space disappears. But when a crystal report is exported into WORD these two keys don't work at all. Is there any special command while designing, by which we can activate these 2 keys in the word file exported fro crystal report.

Please reply to this issue....asap

You need to export to Word 97-2003 - Editable instead of just to Word 97-2003.

That's odd - Have you installed any of the service packs?

Another option would be to export to RTF which can be edited in Word.
