Hello, I am new to CR and building my first report. I am just wondering if what I want to do is possible, and if so, what would be the best way to go about it. Here is what I am doing.
My report is a listing of purchase orders. The fields of the report are;
purchase order #
amount of purchase order
purchase order amount paid
These purchase orders also have a 'Description' field which is very long and therefore not in my report. But, this field is very helpful in identifying the purchase order for users. Is there a way I can make it so if a user clicks on the 'Purchase Order #' field they can view the description somewhow? Or, is there some other way to make the 'Description' field available on-demand?
