Unfortunately I am a Basic Crystal Reports Designer so I am not even sure if this can be done.

I have a total of 50 or so employees in three different specific teams.
They track their work in our Remedy system and the work is only tracked by their user name [Assigned_To_Individual]   Their true full name and their team name is NOT stored in the database system.

I am composing several reports to focus the employees as teams, as separate teams and by the whole group.

Can I define two fields (Full Name and Team Name) based off of one formula?

This way I can use one formula throughout all of these reports and I can group their stats by the individual and by the team.

Presently I am using 2 formula fields to define their full name and their team name, but I figured this might be easier to manage since there is a decent amount of turnaround.

I thought it through last night I figured not worth the trouble.  I will just make 2 formula fields referencing the user name, one for team and one for Full Name.
