There are 2 things that I think need to happen:
1. Make sure that Oracle's ODBC driver was installed when the Oracle Client was installed on the computer. If not, update the installation.
2. Update your Crystal install. I think XI only has generic ODBC drivers, but check to make sure. Also be sure that the regular Oracle connector is installed.
Has the computer where this works had earlier versions of Crystal installed? If so, that ODBC connector may be a relic from an earlier install.
You may want to consider changing your reports to use a native Oracle connection instead of ODBC. ODBC tends to be slower than the native connection.
