Hello,

How do I eliminate all counts that are a value of 1 in a cross-tab table. Client only wants to see count of 2 and above. I created 2 formulas - one that does a count and another where that formula of count <> 1 but that would just return true or false. I want to use a formula in the summarized field for the cross tab expert.

Also when I convert this cross-tab to a chart, I would like to show the value for 'count as percentage of total' for each category. Would like to see this within the chart. (I have that in the cross-tab but it does not show on the chart).

I have an example for how chart should look but this forum does not allow attachments.

Thank you,

Pam
