Dear All,

I am new to crystal reports.

I want to create statement of accounts report. I have one group in which i am displaying accounts transactions.
Problem is i have to display Carry Forward Amount at the end of transactions on each page.Lets say if the transaction details are of 5 pages so at the end of every page i have to display Carry Forward Amount. Once the transaction ends i have to display it just below it. that means it could be in group details also because if i display in page footer then it will be too low.

I tried to display using formula, where i have added one shared variable in the page header and addded another in the group detail section and increment it by one.

Then i am using third formula to display the C/F.

My problem is in some page it is displaying the C/F and in some pages it is not displaying.

When the transaction details runs in to multiple pages then it displays C/F Amount only at the end of the page of that account. If transaction detail is of one page then it displays C/F Amount. I have added this formula in group footer.

Please help me, as i am stuck very badly.
Any help will be really appreciable.

Thanks So Much.

since you need it to print every page, it sounds like your formula to display the C/F should be in the page footer.  As you have found, the group footer is only displayed once per group, and if your details are more than 1 page long, the value will not be displayed.

it would seem that the page footer is your best bet.
