I have a requirement where Year and  Total sales are displayed.  Year if Drilled down should show  the quartely Sales for that year....And if any quarter is drilled down should show the monthly sales for that particular quarter and so on(month, weeks, day) till it gets to the single day...

How do i do this?  On year and total sales iam able to drill down and able to show quarter data, but subsequent drill downs i don't know how to do.

You have to create a group for each level that you want to drill down into. If you have it working for quarter data, what is causing you problems for the weeks and day? It should be the same idea.

I got it....Smile

Initially i put the groups in Footer section which gave weird results....and then i changed the groups to the header section...it worked fine.  why the same data behaves so differently when placed in different sections?

I understand, if i put the information in detail sec. instead of Header/footer, it might give unexpected results...but in a small report like that of mine, where not much of a fields are there in every section, between footer and header i dont see much of a difference...)

Thanks in Advance.
