Hi,
 
SO I have "Continued on next page" in my footer if Page >1 When I Preview it looks good, when I print some characters are missing?
The heading does have a huge text graphic, can that be doing it?

if the text is behind the edge of the graphic it could be hiding it.
You can try a right click on the text and select MOVE > TO FRONT
