Hi everyone,

Do you know a way to automate an export for each run of a report ?
Do i need to write a BASIC procedure ?

Users need to export a report in a flat file automatically when it's generated. They gets access to this report throught Infoview. So i've been wondering if automated this process : when the user run the report from Infoview it's automatically exported to a flat file

i use Crystal Report 2008

Thanks

It's possible to use a combination of a UFL and a desktop report scheduler (both are listed at http://kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html) to achieve this.
It would require adding 1 formula to the report.
view, e-mail, export, burst, distribute, and schedule Crystal Reports.
