	Crystal can't update data in the database. If you want to block people from seeing data, apply database security in your DBMS. If you provide more detail, it would be easier to address your question. The information provided above is still VERY vague.

	If we have application security applied. Say user A has access to record XYZ and ABC while user B has access ABC only and if users want to view reports of all the records, then A should have XYZ and ABC while B should have ABC only.
