I want to develop a report using cross tab reports.
I know cross tab has many restrictions but report which i wanted to generate can only be developed using cross tab.

Next enhancement in the report is - i need to accept 3 grouping parameters. All 3 optional.
e.g.   Classification 1 - Country
then report will be grouped by country
Classification1 - country
Classification2 - state

then report should have two groupings.

Can we develop such report using crosstab ?


I tried to develop using formula e.g. created one formula for grouping. If grouping is selected then use it for grouping else suppress. But even after suppressing the blank space remains.
And I need to add 3 grouping upfront in the report which distorts the alignment and design of the report.
