I have a report that includes multiple addresses for one employee.  The data is in a cross reference table that includes different address types but still belong to one employee.  I'm trying to get the data on one line instead of 3 as shown below.  The last field is the address type id.  If I create a formula based on the address type id and pull it into the details section is works but will add the 2nd entry and 3rd entries as second and third lines instead of placing it on line 1 where I need it.  Any ideas?  I appreciate it.

Group by Employee, and put the data in the footer (the formula). You will have to evaluate if a record is null, sometimes null values mess up concatenated strings.
