Hi,

I have a report that pulls just a person's first and last name and orders by there supervisor, instead of havinga  report with one coulm of names over 2-3 pages for one supervisor, is there a way to have 2-3 coulmns on the page so it is reduced to oine page per supervisor?

Example

Super:Tom Jones

person one
person two
person three
Person four
etc..

INSTEAD:

Super: Tom Jones

Person one       person three       etc..
Person two       Person four          etc..

Thanks

Joe

likely depends on what version you are using but
in the section expert select the detail section
mark 'Format with Multiple Columns' as TRUE
a Layout Tab will become visible
select the Layout Tab and set up your layout as you desire
