Hi

I have made a layout for quotations. This is printed from SAP Business One. When I have a look a the print preview the top and bottom margins appear to be 2cm which is corrrect.

Howenver when it prints the printing starts about 1cm from the top and ends about 3cm from the bottom of the page.

It can't be a printer issue because other documents printing using the standard PLD prints correctly and also other programs like Word. Only Crystal has this problem.

I have tried creating a custom paper size in windows or adding an extra section above with a text box to try and force it down. This only results in the contents of the cover page (RH) spilling over to the next page.

Any ideas please?

More than likely that margin is a default printer driver margin and then it adds the margin in your page set up.Change the page set up to "0" and it should just be the printer default margin.

Hi

Thank you for the reply. Setting the margins to 0 only takes care of the top margin which moves up right to the top of the page which is not where I want it. Of course the bottom margin moves up even more.

Thank you
