I would like to create a bar chart that will provide a bar graph for each day of the month even if the bar graph is 0 or 99. Is this possible to do with CR?

you need a source that has all of the days of the month. Ususally people create a month table and then left outer join their actuqall data to that.
from there when you do your chart daat yuo have to use the 'Month' Table field to group on.

you could try to create a formula like if {datefield} in date(2011,1,1) to date(2011,1,2) then 1 else if {datefield} in date(2011,1,1) to date(2011,1,3) then 2 else if {datefield} in date(2011,1,1) to date(2011,1,4) then 3 else if {datefield} in date(2011,1,1) to date(2011,1,5) then 4 .....
