Using Crystal Reports 2008, does anyone know if I can have the report use the same parameters that were used by the last user to run the report.

if it is the same report running, sure.
Once the report is closed or is instantiated on another machine, or in another window, it is a 'new' report and all the parameters are lost.

Yes, one of the 3rd-party Crystal report viewers listed at http://kenhamady.com/bookmarks.html provides that functionality. The reuse of the parameters is not automatic. The user can elect to reuse some or all of the parameter values used fo rthat report last time it ran.
