I updated a client Crystall 11 and now when they refresh their reports they need to login. In previous version of Crystal the initial login remained active when refreshing reports. Is there a setting in Crystal 11 that I can change so that the user does not need to re-enter their password when refreshing? Thanks in advance for a response, SJ

you could try to use integrated security if you make user's windows log in the same as crystal/database log in then you can use the integrated security check box and it should stop asking for log in every refresh.
