I do not know of an RT funxtion.
RT is usually used as an abbreviation for Running Total. There is the Running Total field that can be created in the field explorer or sometimes people refer to variable formulas that do calculations as Running Totals.

is this a function in a report that you are maintaining?  It doesn't look like a standard CR function.  I would try looking in the custom functions of the report...or the repository and see if it defined there.

Yes,it's in a report i am maintaning and it located in the u25total.dll under Additional Functions in Formula Workspace.

sorry, my first google search for it says it is fairly old...pre CR 8, which is at least 8 years ago.
 
I don't know anything about the dll or the function.
 
Sorry...found a post a few years back here...but we didn't know what the function did then either.
