Hello,

I am using CR 2008

We have a report which is basically a purchase order contract.

The last thing we need to print is the Terms and Conditions which needs to start on a new page after all the contract items are listed.  The natural thing in my mind is to put this text object in the report footer with the text that is hard coded.  The text takes up almost a full page.

It does print on the last page, but the page header shows page 1 on the first page (with items) and the 2nd (last) page with the terms and conditions.

I can't seem to get the page number to go to page 2.  It seems to me it should know I am on page 2 and reflect this in the page header.

Thanks in advance for your assistance,

Greg

I am not sure i understand the actual problem...Is it that the '2nd page' shows no page numbers or it shows as page 1 again?
the first thing to check is to make sure you do not have the page number resetting on any section (in the section expert)

You could try placing the T&Cs in a group footer section (split your current group 1 or insert a group on "" if you don't have any groups) and setting conditional surpression to only show it on the last record.

Ryan.

Thanks for the replies guys.  Both of you hit it on the head.  There was a group with the reset page set.  And I ended up putting the T&C in a new section of the proper group footer which also allowed this to work when they print multiple PO's.  Awesome help guys.

Thanks,
Greg
