Hi,
I am building the Crystal Report 2011 with SAP R3 BSID table, Here I am grouping customer details with document type (Document type in group & customer details in detail section). But I am getting the duplicate records here.
Could you please suggest me how can I resolve this issue.

you could try to create a formula with every field you use in the report like
totext(table.field1)+totext(table.field2)+totext(table.field3)+....
then group on this formula and use it for customer details
