Hi Guys,

I am creating a report for a company that has a number of different stores in the area. A particular area is classified as a network, and a network is contained within a State.

Now, I have got working the report as it currently is. It shows each of the stores belonging to a network that is entered in via parameter, and the scores for each particular store.

What I have been asked to do is make a page on the report that shows the bottom 5 performers from each network. So, what I need to display is 5 stores that show the worst scores.

To give you guys an example..
The scores are based upon:

Overall Satisfaction
Time in Queue Satisfaction
Product Knowledge Satisfaction

And these measures are given a rating from 0-10, with 10 being the best score.

Any help would be great.

Thanks!

Firstly group by network, then by store
Then summarise the score (sum)?
Then use the Group sort expert and on the store group, select Bottom N where N = 5
