I'm looking for functionality that is similar to that available in google charts. This link shows a pie chart that displays the value when the mouse hovers over a segment.

From what I can gather, Crystal Reports renders charts as images and does not allow tooltips for individual elements. Is this true?

My version is Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 13.0.4.
