HELP!

I'm doing an employees time keeping report from a biometric device (access database).

The columns are:

Employee No - Date - Morning In - Lunch Out - After Lunch In - Office Out

I need to display dates even they are null in the access database.

Could anyone help me please? I'm using Crystal 2008

Right click on your field -> format editor -> choose common tab
